Mary Beirman

Mary has 23 years in the management of business and information technology particularly in the pharmaceutical, medical and dental insurance, energy and transportation industries. She has held senior management and consulting positions in the USA, Canada and Australia, is the director of several Australian organizations and is the founder and CEO/Managing Director of MaxQual Pty. Ltd.Using her experience as the Quality Manager for a large computer company, Mary has been responsible for the development and implementation of an innovative Quality Management System. With her expertise in information technology methods she has successfully trained hundreds of people in the development and implementation and true acceptance of highly productive quality systems.Through her experience and participation in many organizations, Mary's programs aim at improving both the business environment and personal lifestyles of participants. She takes an active interest in matching systems and people to obtain optimal results.She is the Chairman of the Australian Organisation for Quality NSW and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her qualifications include several diplomas, a partial degree in Business Administration and Computing and she is currently working on her PhD.Mary has an extensive and well-rounded background in the Information Technology and related business environments. Her breadth of experience encompasses Project Management, Consultancy, Quality Management (ISO 9001 certification) and Applications Development. In her varied roles, Mary has managed the end-to-end process from opportunity management and commercial negotiations through to delivery of the final product.

Graham Beirman

Graham has 20 years experience in the IT industry, including PC and mainframe application development, from requirements stage through to implementation in the Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance and Telecommunications industries.His roles include, Chief Financial Officer, Project Manager, Quality Controller, Senior System Analyst, Software Test Manager, Technical Writer, Methodologist using various tools and techniques, Production Support Manager and QA Analyst to mention a few.

He has a Bachelor of Science (Computing), is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently pursuing a post graduate diploma in Intellectual Property.

Lou Magritzer

Lou started his career in 1959 in the automotive industry in Austria and continued as Mechanic, Proprietor and Service Manager from 1956-1966 in Australia. He has had 25 years in the aircraft manufacturing and maintenance sectors as well as 3 years in electronics/telecommunications industry.He has held several positions in the aircraft industry such as ground engineer, Quality Engineer, Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Manager with well known aerospace groups such as Hawker Siddley, Lucas Aerospace, Ansett Pacific Aviation, and GEC Marconi-Plessy GPT Group.Lou established one of the first QA consulting businesses in Australia. He is the founding president of the Australian Quality Assurance Consultants (AQAC) and is available for Auditing, Consulting, Training and Coaching anywhere in the world.Lou is an IRCA registered Lead assessor with Aerospace grade/endorsement; ASQ certified Auditor and Engineer; USA registered Professional Engineer, QS 9000 and ISO 14000 EMS Auditor, Plexus Certified ISO/QS 9000 Trainer/Coach and Consultant. He is also the winner of the J.M. Juran Medal, National President of the Australian Organisation for Quality Inc, V.P. World Quality Council and past Chairman Australian Organisation for Quality NSW Inc.

Anthony Swan

Anthony is a Legal Regulatory Specialist and structural reform facilitator. Formally a principal adviser in the field of natural resources sector of NSW and Queensland government, Anthony advises on leading reform initiatives, corporate commercialisation and institutional reform.Anthony also maintains a Private Practice as an Internationally accredited Ortho-Bionomist. His focus is on helping people to regain their natural abilities to train the body to bring it into balance and enhance peoples' lifestyles. His interest also includes cellular nutrition.

Brad Hicks

Brad has held the position of field supervisor in the Environmental Industry, where he worked for the largest privately held company in America. Brad has been the successful sole owner of a private Landscaping business and has demonstrated strong leadership and business skills.Brad is the Senior Technical Manager of the American Company C'est Moi and has been appointed as Webmaster.

Joe Gabrych

Joe is a Senior Executive with over 12 years experience in Management Consulting, General Management and IT operations. His strengths include Strategic/Business Planning, Change Management Programs, Logistics and Operations, Business Management, Marketing, Negotiations and Communications Programs.Joe has a proven ability to implement change and continuous improvement programs, new technology, customer focused service delivery with technology and operational systems. He is bottom-line and results-orientated and is able to manage a large cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team. Joe is focused on ensuring all stakeholders in the environment are considered and strives to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction for everyone involved.

Brandy Hicks

Brandy has over 8 years experience in retail operations in the pharmaceutical industry. She has held various positions where she excelled in Communications, Sales and Marketing, Operational and Inventory Management and Control, and Customer Service Management.

She has an outstanding customer focus and is very successful in completing assignments in accordance with requirements. Her unique talents and skills are beneficial to organizations seeking a high degree of quality where there is "no room" for mistakes. She is dedicated to continuous improvement programs and learning new skills.
